Coverage
These terms and conditions cover all sales on PENLINK AB / Premium Tattoo Supplies webshop, unless otherwise stated or where special agreement between the parties has been made. These purchase terms do not include other businesses that PENLINK AB conduct.

Application
Sales on www.premiumtattoo.se is restricted to established tattoo artists. We only sell to registered companies, not to individuals and consumers.

Ordering
Companies can place orders online, or contact us by phone, e-mail or regular mail, found on our contact page.

Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or actions that otherway cause that person or PENLINK AB economic loss or other damage are reported to the police. IP numbers are stored for eventual follow-up.

Shipping
The cost of freight is normally SEK 120 within Sweden. This applies when paying by credit card. Abroad shipping will normally bring higher freight costs.

Goods can also picked up directly from our warehouse. We do not handle cash or credit card payment on site. All goods must be payed for in advance via our webshop.

Payment
We reserve the right to change prices in response to varying circumstances. The price for ordering the day is the current price.

Goods that are not collected are charged a fee of 395:- exclusive of VAT.

Invoice
Only for companies. Normal credit approval before purchase.


Delivery & Fees
Goods are normally delivered within 2-8 working days from the date of order, unless otherwise stated.


All deliveries are made with DHL. Products are shipped out of our warehouse unisured, which means we do not take responsibility for goods once shipped. If you wish to have your delivery sent by (REK) let us know this when ordering.

Should your package be defective upon arrival, please contact your local DHL office. Delivery is only made the country in which the customer applied with in the registration, in cases not otherwise agreed.

All goods on the website marked with delivery indicator. Store owner reserves the right for any incorrect information which is the basis for those delivey indicators, which can result in delivery may take place earlier as well as later than expected. Partial delivery of orders occurs only upon request by the customes and causes a further delivery cost for customer. Before any change of your order, you will be contacted.

These prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) or (EUR). All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Customer Service
Our most common method of communication with customers is by email. In some cases we may need to contact you by phone, therefore we ask you to always leave your mobile and office phone number when ordering.



Conditions for Delivery Outside of Sweden:
Orders outside of Sweden must be prepaid by credit card.



Products
We are not liable for misprints, errors in information or errors in the specification of our products. Product images on our website or in promotional materials should be seen as illustrations, and we cannot guarantee that images perfectly match a product's exact look and character. Variation in color may occur during scanning or photography, and image quality may vary with computer, browser and screen resolution used. Please note that color reproduction on your screen may not be accurate, depending on your type of monitor or screen settings.



Complaints/Return Procedures
If an item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped to you, please contact us immediately without putting your item to use in any way. We try to answer all e-mails within 24 hours during normal working days. Products must be returned unused and within its original packaging undamaged. Transportation Damage are to be reported to DHL. If a product is defective or faulty on delivery, not caused by transportation of the item, we send you the correct product free of charge if the circumstances above are met.

Canceling of Orders
According to law and regulation of purchasing of products by phone or web, private persons has the right to cancel their purchases within 14 calendar days on receipt. In case you want to request withdrawal of the product, please contact us through our on-line contact form. Please include the order number, your name, address, telephone number and the reason for returning the product. Please note that in accordance to ”distansavtalslagen” we do not give monetary compensation for shipping costs. Products must be returned in undamaged and unopened original packaging, and must be unused. You will be charged for freight and administative costs, and refunds will be held back until products have been received and confirmed to be unused and undamaged. Items payed for with cash-on-delivery cannot be returned.

Distansavtalslagen does not regulate business between companies. When a purchase is completed (i.e. When payment has been accepted) the order cannot be canceled.

Treatment of Information
Premium Tattoo Supplies & PENLINK AB may save and store order and customer information for processing of orders and customer follow-up. This information may be also disclosed to a third party. If you want your customer data removed from our records, please contact us.

Fraudulent Orders
Orders made in a person's name with the person's consent, or otherwise fraudulent orders causing damage for PENLINK AB/Premium Tattoo Supplies are reported to the appropriate authorities.

DISCLAIMER
In the event of war, natural disaster, strike action in the labor market, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors and comparable events beyond our control that was not reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements made with the customer from the shop owner's side, which makes the shop owner yet can keep the agreement, shall form the basis for the store owner released from his obligations to fulfill the agreement.
